Dr. Christoph Müser
Christoph Müser has been working as a consultant for more than 20 years. He has a broad spectrum of experience in management consulting, human resources consulting and IT-related topics.
His industrial focus has been on the energy industry since 1998. He advises large public utilities and regional utilities as well as multinational utility companies in the areas of strategy and organisation, process optimisation, new business areas and strategic IT. His main focus in recent years has been on digital transformation and the adaptation of companies to rapidly changing business models.
Christoph Müser began his career at Arthur D. Little and worked for Egon Zehnder and Roland Berger as a partner. He is married and lives with his family in the Ruhr area.
For me, working in young, committed and highly motivated teams makes consulting attractive. And when I manage to achieve more than just the original goal for the client, it was a perfect project.

Your favourite thing to do after work?
Being with family and/or friends. On weekends, I enjoy accompany our children to their sports and join in the excitement.
Where do you gather your energy?
With the family in the mountains, hiking or skiing – perfect for experiencing something together and doing physical activity. We all share a passion for Africa, especially Namibia. Regular jogging with our dog clears your head and creates new perspectives.
